4. Client Responsibilities

5. Fees and Payment

6.4 Confidentiality obligations survive the completion or termination of a project.

7.3 While MetriQ applies professional care and judgment, we do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property

8.2 MetriQ retains ownership of underlying methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to produce the work.
8.3 Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or published externally without written permission.
9. Limitations of Liability
9.1 MetriQ’s services are advisory and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetriQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10.2 Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
